Booking & canceling

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome at our resort.  The costs for this are insightful when booking your accommodation. It costs 10,00- euros per day per pet.


Are there any pet-free accommodations?

Pets are not in every accommodation allowed. If you are allergic to certain pets, mention it during your booking and we will make sure you stay in an accommodation where pets are not allowed.

Until when can I cancel my booking?

In case of cancellation, we follow the terms of the trade association of vacation parks (Hiswa/Recron) and charge the following terms and fees.



  • For cancellation more than three months before the arrival date, 15% of the agreed price;
  • For cancellation within three to two months before the arrival date, 50% of the agreed price;
  • For cancellation within two to one month before the arrival date, 75% of the agreed price;
  • For cancellation within one month before the arrival date, 90% of the agreed price;
  • If canceled on the day of the arrival date, 100% of the agreed price.

Can I request a preferred spot during booking?

Please contact us. We are happy to check what the possibilities are. We cannot guarantee that the preferred spot is still available for the desired period.

Can I place an option on an accommodation?

Yes, you can easily do this while booking. Select the option button to place an option on an accommodation. You can decide later (within 1 day) whether you want to cancel the option free of charge or proceed to book one of our beautiful accommodations.

By when do I have to pay for my stay?

When booking we ask you to pay a deposit of 20%. 21 weeks before arrival we ask you to pay half and 6 weeks before arrival the then remaining amount. For bookings made less than 21 weeks before arrival we require a 50% deposit. If your arrival date is less than 6 weeks in the future we require a 100% deposit.

Can I also pay during check-out?

It is not possible to pay for your stay during check-out. You can pay in advance. You can do this through one of our payment partners or by transferring the remaining amount to the bank account number mentioned on your invoice. After payment, we can hand you the keys to your accommodation.


From and until what time can I check-in?

Check-in at our resort is possible between 16:00 and 18:00. We ask you to always contact the reception if you can't check-in within the available times. We will send you an email with all the information you need for your check-in. We usually place your key in a locker. So you can check in yourself after the opening hours.

What time do I have to check out?

You can check out until 10 am. If you want to check out later please contact the reception. Together we will look at the possibilities. This is only possible with sufficient availability.

Is there children's furniture in the accommodation?

You can book these when you make your reservation.

Are there accommodations suitable for disabled

Unfortunately there are currently no  
accommodations available for disabled at Resort de Parel. Accommodations are not equipped for wheelchair users. Please also note that while entering the accommodation, you must use a small staircase of 3 steps.

How old do you have to be to place a booking?

You can book with us from the age of 21.

Practical Questions

Where can I park?

We have a car-free park. While checking in  you can park in front of the reception. this is a "short parking" spot. When you have checked in, you can drive into the park once to unload your luggage. Then we request that you park your car in the parking lot located on the side of the resort. No parking is allowed near the accommodations.

Is there supervision at the park?

To keep you as safe as possible during your stay, the park is supervised by park management. In case of emergencies, please call the reception desk.

Are there charging stations for electric cars at the resort?

These are available from June 1, 2023; for more information, see the facilities section.


Is there Wifi at the resort?

We have fiber optic internet in each apartment and of course wifi. The login code is in the kitchen cabinet at the top.

Which coffee machine is in my accommodation?

All accommodations have a Nespresso coffee machine.

Is there air conditioning in the accommodation?

All (water) lodges and villas have air conditioning.

Is there a kettle in my accommodation?

yes indeed.

What linens are included and what do I need to take with me?

All accommodations are supplied with a linen package. This includes all necessary bed linen, towels and for the kitchen also hand and dish towels.

How long are the beds in the accommodations?

The beds are 200 CM in length.

Is there a freezer available?

All (water) lodges and villas have refrigerators with freezer compartments.

Is there a Tv in the accommodation?

The short answer is "no". The accommodation has high-speed internet. So you can stream and watch all your favorite shows on all your smart devices.

Do you have arrangements for special occasions, such as birthdays and anniversaries?
