This beautiful house is, as the name says it all, located directly on a beautiful water feature. And completely in harmony with the environment. Enjoy your own private sauna to completely relax.

The layout of this lovely house is very spacious. With a large living room, a large bedroom, a bathroom, private sauna and a separate toilet. The living room, with a luxurious open kitchen that is of course fully equipped, has large windows on the water side. These not only provide a lot of light, but also connect the inside with the outside world.

From the terrace there are steps to a platform in the water. Ideal for sailing a canoe or supboard. But also a private jetty where you can read or have a drink. With or without your feet in the water. Who does what.

You can easily store the (electric) bicycles in the special private racks with loading options.
