In the middle of the Horsterwold you will find De Parel. Here you sleep in a lodge with your feet almost in the water, or in a unique tent where you can hear the trees rustling. From your bed you look at the trees, from your kitchen at the vast water. You're an hour from Amsterdam, but it feels like you're somewhere else. Western Europe's largest deciduous forest is literally in your backyard. You walk right into the forest, or you grab the canoe that comes with your lodge. At night, you sit outside and watch the stars sparkle on the water.

In the glamping tents you sleep together under one tent canvas, but everyone with their own space. The tent stands among the trees, with the water nearby. You experience the real outdoors, but with the comforts of home. In the morning, the sun's rays shine in through the tent canvas, you make coffee and walk right out into the Horsterwold. Our glamping tents can accommodate up to 7 people: for your friends, family or relatives.
With your camper you'll be on a paved spot at the edge of the Horsterwold. Water and electricity are included, so you can just turn on your coffee maker and unfold the awning. In front of you lies the forest, behind you the water. You step out of your camper and are immediately in nature. Hiking trails literally start right next to your spot. Or you grab your bike and head into the woods - there's plenty to explore.
